Called In When the Event Was Already Running Late
Imagination's team was at capacity when Telstra Vantage's production schedule started compressing. Cureative attached to their studio as a working creative unit, redrawing inaccurate floor plans and building 3D renders for an event space that still existed only on paper.
Telstra Vantage is a large-format event with a production scope to match. When the full brief was in Imagination's hands, the internal team was already committed. Capacity was gone. As the deadline approached, the scope expanded rather than contracted -- more elements needed attention, not fewer. The gap between what the team could absorb and what the event required kept widening.
Floor plans that could not be trusted, for a space not yet built
Cureative came in as an attached creative unit, embedded in Imagination's studio for the duration of the project. The first task was the floor plans. The existing documents were not accurate enough to base production decisions on, so Cureative redrew them from scratch. Once the corrected plans were approved, each activation was plotted across the space.
From reference images to a space the client could approve
The next phase was 3D renders. Imagination provided reference images showing the intended look and feel of each element. Cureative used those references to build the environment in 3D, producing visual outputs that gave the client something concrete to approve before any physical build decisions were committed to. The renders moved through rounds of feedback until the space looked like the event it needed to become.
Growing scope, absorbed without a new brief
As the deadline compressed, the scope of Cureative's involvement expanded. Because the team was already embedded in the process, that additional demand was absorbed without requiring a new brief or a fresh onboarding conversation.
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
"The team at Cureative were brought in to assist our creative department, who were inundated with work across various projects. Simply put, we would not have been able to fulfil the request without their assistance. It was a last-minute request from our client, and we said yes because we knew the importance of the event space. Cureative was recommended to us as a solution to getting the work finalised in the timeframe. They were excellent to deal with from start to final delivery."
