WAYNE'S STORY
How it started.
Wayne Brown founded Cureative in 2018, drawing on almost twenty years working across in-house studios, freelance, and agency roles. That breadth, seeing how creative work gets made and breaks down from every angle, is what shaped how Cureative is built.
He’s also the author of ‘The Creative Gap’, a practical guide to why briefs go wrong, teams burn out, and creative potential goes unrealised, and what leaders can actually do about it. It’s the same thinking that sits behind how Cureative operates.
Wayne still leads every client relationship and sets the creative direction. The difference now is that he has a team and a model built to deliver on it.
