The Internal Team Left. The Deadline Did Not.
OmniGOV's internal design team departed while the rebrand was in progress. The timeline remained unchanged. Cureative ran a structured three-week sprint, with formal review and approval at each of four stages, and delivered on schedule.
Rebrands do not hold well when the team handling them changes mid-project. When OmniGOV's internal designers departed -- some already gone, others still in the process of leaving -- the project was in motion and the deadline was fixed. Someone needed to pick it up and carry it through without losing the thread.
Structure for a project losing its team
Cureative stepped in and ran the project through a four-stage design process, with a formal client review and sign-off at the end of each stage before the next began. In an environment where internal stakeholders were also navigating their own transition, that structure mattered. Clear approval points removed ambiguity about where the work stood at any given moment and prevented the kind of late-stage rework that compounds when communication breaks down under pressure.
Delivered in three weeks, on the original deadline
The process ran from ideation to final output across three weeks. At each handover, OmniGOV had full visibility of what had been completed, what had been approved, and what was coming next. The structure kept the project on track without requiring additional management overhead from the client side.
The rebrand was delivered within the original timeframe.
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
“The team at Cureative have always been an excellent partner, especially when it comes to turning the impossible into the possible. We were completely inundated with work internally, and we reached out to Cureative because of their quality and attention to detail, but most importantly because they act as a creative partner, going above and beyond just delivering the work. Their ways of working and processes enabled clear stakeholder engagement and a seamless transition from brief to final result.”
