Sonder Customer Hostility Campaign
Sonder Australia tasked us to assist them with the development of the digital marketing and website design for their Customer Hostility Campaign, which explores the reality of customer aggression towards frontline workers, and its effects on the business.
Working alongside Sonder’s creative and marketing directors, we produced multiple design outputs which supported their marketing campaign effort.
We supported their marketing department deliver across various social channels which includes, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, the campaign generated 40M in sales and lead generation.
